Returns and refunds
Last updated: October 29, 2026

Every Glory Goods item is printed on demand after you order, so it is made just for you. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You will not pay any shipping, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived by its expected delivery date, email us within 30 days of that date and we will send a replacement or refund you. If tracking shows the package as delivered, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us and we will help.

Wrong size or change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind or preference. Please check the size chart on the product page before you buy; measurements can vary slightly.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we can reship it once you confirm the address, but new shipping costs will apply.

Cancellations
Production starts soon after you order. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; if your item has not gone into production yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

How to reach us
Email support@glorygoods.store with your order number, the item and the problem. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
